You must agree, through your use of this website, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

Ordering from us

a) Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the website. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is for mainland UK. Prices can change and we always notify you of the latest prices as quickly as possible.

b) Product Descriptions
We use our reasonable endeavours to make sure that every product on itc-mag.co.uk is shown accurately and prices are correct. However occasionally there may be small variations in colour, typefaces, size and layouts. itc-mag.co.uk disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this website is accurate, complete and up to date.

c) Placing Orders
When placing an order with us we will send you an order acknowledgment by email, to the email address that has been indicated at purchase. This will outline the products you have ordered. Placing an order with us does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance will not take place until your order has been dispatched. The ‘purchase’ contract therefore takes place between yourself and itc-mag.co.uk at the point of despatch whether or not payment has been taken prior to despatch. If you cancel your order or if we have notified you that we cannot accept your order then no ‘purchase contract’ will have been made.

We may be unable to accept your order if:

Your chosen goods are unavailable

We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

If there has been a pricing or product description error

If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions

If your order for products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

If the order is to be delivered outside of our described Shipping Areas.

d) Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards through the PayPal service. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

e) Delivery
All orders are processed individually upon receipt, with expected despatch within 7-10 days from the date the order is placed. We will deliver your ordered products to the address which you have provided as a delivery address during the checkout process. If you wish to have your order sent to an alternative address to your billing address, simply enter this in at the time of purchasing. If any of the details that you provide us are incorrect we are not liable for any items delivered other than to the address provided.

N.B. The despatch day is the day we send the item out with the chosen carrier, NOT the day it will be delivered.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postage charges.

All items are posted by our preferred carrier (usually Royal Mail) unless a special delivery option has been selected at additional cost.

If you do not receive your items please check with your local sorting office, even if you have not received a calling card through your letter box.

We also reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undeliverable item.

A signature may be required upon receipt of your order. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered the carrier may leave it in a safe location on your property or leave with a neighbour if they deem safe to do so. A calling card should be posted through your letterbox to inform you where your parcel is, however, there may be some occasions that a calling card is not convenient to leave.

g) Returns and Refunds
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example a damage occurring during delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ online form within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us please include your full name, email address, postal delivery address, order number, reason for fault and a photograph where applicable. If a photo is not included this may cause a delay in processing your query and we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before we can provide a solution.
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone. This will be at the discretion of itc-mag.co.uk, its employers or agents.

h) Amending or Cancelling An Order
Before requesting an amendment or cancellation to your order please contact us as your order can only be amended and changed if your order is not at status ‘Processing’ or ‘Despatched’.
Please email us through the ‘Contact Us’ page to discuss your amendment or cancellation. Emails are answered between business hours (9am – 5pm) in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your email is processed and we will be unable to make any changes.

itc-mag.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Returns Procedure

At itc-mag.co.uk we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. Please use the Contact Us online form to outline the reason for returning the item and we will provide further information on how to do so. Any refund agreed will be credited to the card involved in the original transaction.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty) unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with us. itc-mag.co.uk will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

Colour Reproduction

itc-mag.co.uk has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.

Price Information

itc-mag.co.uk has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you save items in your basket between sessions, prices from previous sessions may no longer be valid. However, the correct price will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Offers and Promotional Codes

itc-mag.co.uk promotional code terms & conditions.

If you have a promotional code, you need to enter this into the box on the ‘Shopping Basket’ or ‘Cart’ page. You can find this box on the ‘My Cart’ page. It says: ‘Coupon: Coupon Code- Apply Coupon.

Promotional codes can only be used once per customer as defined by their email address, unless otherwise specified in the promotion’s individual terms and conditions.

Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with certain other itc-mag.co.uk offers.

Promotional codes offering a discount when you spend a certain amount can only apply to a single transaction and exclude delivery charges.

Please note that promotional codes also have an expiry date, after which they are not redeemable.

Promotional codes remain the property of itc-mag.co.uk, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form.
All offers are subject to availability.

itc-mag.co.uk reserves the right to limit certain offers to 1 order per customer as defined by their email address and/or delivery address.

No cash alternative will be offered for any offer.

Our website software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
