Imogen has been caught stealing from the local shop. Back in the good old days it would have been simple, a severe caning and that would be the end of the matter, however, the headmistress  is no longer allowed to use the cane. She has no option but to expel Imogen. When Imogen’s Mum, an ex pupil, arrives she asks why she can’t just be caned as it used to be. A suitable arrangement is found where both mother and daughter are spanked and caned.
