Speeding is a terrible thing to do, but to ask someone to take the blame for you is worse. So “ITC Disciplinary Services” were called in to deal with the matter, in their own special way. Jan disciplined Skyla first with a spanking and paddling, then when she couldn’t keep her hands out of the way Jan punished those too. When Mick arrived to inspect Jan’s work, he suggested sterner measures and so the cane was introduced. Skyla’s partner also got punished later.
